All weight loss medications dispensed by Pharmacy Weight Loss Peterlee require a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber. Prescriptions are only issued following a thorough clinical review of your submitted consultation form.

We do not store your payment card details. All transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment provider.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Prices applicable at the time of your confirmed order will remain honoured for that transaction.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched and delivered within 1 working day. Please note that delivery times commence only after pharmacist approval, not from the point of order placement.
Delivery is carried out via a tracked courier service. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging in accordance with pharmaceutical best practice.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been approved and your medication has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, in accordance with UK medicines regulations governing the return of dispensed prescription medicines.
If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
In the event of a damaged or incorrect item being received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we may investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
